Room 413

Information

"Building performance is becoming increasingly relevant to how projects and assets are evaluated, operated, and maintained across the built environment. Beyond reporting requirements, sustainability and resilience considerations are beginning to influence operational priorities, project planning, tenant expectations, and long-term asset strategies. This session will explore how performance metrics—including energy, resilience, operational efficiency, and building data—are being translated into practical decision-making across real estate projects and existing assets. The discussion will focus on how different stakeholders interpret and apply performance information, as well as the challenges of connecting technical metrics to business outcomes. Through real-world examples and cross-sector perspectives, attendees will gain a better understanding of how building performance is increasingly linked to asset operations, project viability, and long-term value considerations."
