Following the opening panel, participants will engage in a hands-on tabletop exercise using the Centering Health Equity framework as a guide. Working in small groups at roundtables, attendees will map specific health-promoting actions across different phases of the project delivery cycle - from planning and entitlement through design, construction, and operations. Teams will identify which stakeholders and decision-makers need to be engaged at each phase, initially focusing on traditional occupant health considerations. Participants will use provided worksheets and frameworks (including LEED v5 and WELL v2) to establish explicit health goals and document initial strategies on their project timelines.
