Renewabuild Great Plains, Inc.1717Renewabuild Great Plains is the U.S. license holder for North America's first patented engineered structural hempcrete wall system — bringing a next-generation building system to architects, developers, and contractors across the United States.
Our wall system replaces conventional high-carbon assemblies — CMUs, ICF, and wood-frame construction — with a single, fully integrated structural system built from industrial hemp and lime. No insulation. No vapor barrier. No drywall. Fewer trades, less waste, and a wall that outperforms everything it replaces.
The system delivers:
✔ R-28 to R40 insulation value
✔ 2-hour fire rating — zero flame spread, zero smoke
✔ 295 mph wind resistance
✔ 99.9% mold resistant
✔ Carbon sequestering from day one
✔ Designed for 100-year durability
Founded by Midwest hemp farmers who recognized a shared opportunity—reshaping construction through high-performance, low-carbon building systems rooted in industrial hemp.
The technology is proven. Independent test results are on file with Intertek, Exova, SMT Research, and the University of Alberta. Completed builds include the Trent University Forensic Crime Scene Facility in Ontario and the Harmless Home in British Columbia — evaluated by University of Victoria researchers and proven to exceed energy modelling predictions.
Build greener. Built to last. Built to matter.
