The platform covers four core areas: Energy Monitoring — real-time energy consumption tracking via IoT technology, with AI-assisted identification of conservation opportunities and alerts when overconsumption occurs. Carbon Reporting — real-time data used to assess, benchmark, and report CO2 emissions at both site and portfolio level, supporting prioritisation of carbon abatement initiatives. Savings Identification — actual consumption is compared against an established energy baseline to spot discrepancies, with a real-time AI module identifying inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities. Performance Tracking Against Targets — energy and carbon targets can be set in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), with ongoing monitoring of each facility against those goals. The platform offers site-by-site, portfolio, and asset-level views, with customisable dashboards for aggregated energy data and site-specific KPIs.
