enPact Chillers

The patented enPact Chillers is a next-generation nanofluid designed to boost the performance of chilled water and hydronic HVAC systems. Used as a drop-in additive, it improves thermal transfer within closed-loop systems — reducing compressor and pump energy use, cutting carbon emissions, and easing the "lift" required by compressors — without any changes to existing system infrastructure. At its core is a patented suspension of sub-micron aluminium oxide particles in a water or water/glycol base fluid, delivering a 12.5–15% improvement in heat transfer. Typical payback is 1–2 years, and the product is designed to maintain performance for 10+ years with no recurring service requirements. It suits chiller-based HVAC systems, heat pumps, air handling units, energy recovery loops, and glycol-based systems — but isn't compatible with open cooling towers or systems with evaporative losses.
