Joy remains something we can choose, cultivate and build—even in times of complexity and change. Joyful Constructs celebrates the ways women across the green building community intentionally design environments—both at work and beyond—that encourage connection, humor, and shared humanity.
This year’s Women in Green gathering invites us to hold two truths at once: the importance of meeting serious challenges with care and the equally important role that levity, laughter, and connection play in sustaining us along the way. Through storytelling, community dialogue, and an infusion of green building humor, we’ll reflect on how joy helps us endure, adapt, and keep moving forward. When we create moments that let us breathe, laugh, and
relate to one another, we reinforce the resilience of our teams, our communities, and ourselves.
